Allegro Vivo brings wonderful souvenirs from Italy to Jihlava

June 1, 2026

Academia Allegro Vivo, the resident orchestra of the Allegro Vivo Festival, has returned to Jihlava after a year’s absence. This time, they brought works by Mozart and Tchaikovsky. Though distinct, the two pieces came together to form a beautiful symbiosis. The concise, melodic inventiveness of Mozart’s *Milan Symphony* was complemented by Tchaikovsky’s *Souvenir de Florence*—a work that, especially in its finale, possesses a distinctly Russian character.
